The year ends at a themed Roman dinner in Mérida, after a day spent in the historic centre and its Roman theatre, and in medieval Cáceres.
A gala dinner inspired by the Roman banquets, with classical music, the best wines of the region and its best fish and meat, in one of the places with charm of the city.
And then the party, with an open bar, until the year has properly turned.
